Classical Chairs

Identical chairs can be seen in the dining room at Woodlawn, the home of Nellie Curtis, adopted daughter of George Washington, and of Lawrence Lewis, his nephew. A set of chairs and a pair of recamiers at the Telfair House in Savannah share similar details.
