Of impressive size, this fine pair of patinated urns are campana in form, with gilt lacquered and foliate-chased handles. Embellished with classical elements, the urns are topped with beading above egg and dart motifs over floral and foliate bands, laurel wreaths, and borders of anthemions. The stepped sienna marble bases are appointed with patinated bronze moldings.
