A Regency Sinumbra

This fine figural sinumbra depicts Nike, the Greek goddess of Victory. Outstretched arms support a cast basket holding clusters of grapes. The shaped plinth is adorned with swags of grape leaves centering grape clusters. A beautiful frosted and cut glass shade completes this fine example of Regency lighting.
