A Pair of Regency Candlesticks

Circa 1820

These beautiful Regency candlesticks are presented in a patinated and gilt-lacquered finish and depict an eagle holding a snake in its mouth while the snake coils itself around the eagle’s neck. The candle cups and bases are detailed with minute die-castings. Prisms are hung from tapering wire prism holders.
