A Classical Footstool

The large rectangular upholstered top of this Classical footstool is boxed and covered in a Scalamandre fabric of Classical design. The mahogany base is composed of interconnected pairs of scrolls. The ends of the scrolls are carved and the two sides are joined by a handsome turned stretcher.
