A Classical Chair

This elegant mahogany chair is topped by a shaped crest rail, which has been adorned with ebony line inlay and two brass eight-pointed stars centering an anthemion above a turned medial. The chair has foliate-carved and reeded stiles and legs with delicately carved animal paw feet. A seat cushion rests above a caned seat and is covered in a Scalamandre harateen.
